Lucent Play Club operates without user accounts. Your progress and Lux balance are tied to your current browser session. We are not liable for any lost Lux due to cleared cache, browser changes, or device switches.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Lucent Play Club, including the world design, Lumi the mascot, game graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Lucent Digital Entertainment Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lucent Play Club is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the site or your virtual balance. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any damages arising from your use of this free platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
